Italian Meatballs in Truffle Marinara Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • Amish Wings

  • 2- 8 oz jars Mimosa Peach Jam

  • 1 jar Walker wood Jamaican Jerk Rub

  • Salt

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a small sauce pan mix peach jam and rub and warm over medium high heat until the jam has melted.
  2. While waiting for your sauce grill or smoke wings until done (We prefer grilled for the flame broiled taste).
  3. Once chicken reaches 165 degrees remove from grill and toss in sauce and serve immediately.
