Pecan - Crusted
Beef & Cheese Spread

Yields approx. 2 1/2 lbs.

  • 12 oz. sliced deli-style roast beef
  • 24 oz. light cream cheese, softened
  • 3 bunches green onions
  • 6 oz. chopped pecans

1. Dice beef into very small pieces (1/4 inch or less).

2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, chopped onions, and diced beef thoroughly.

3. Shape mixture into a ball, log, or mold.

4. Cover with chopped pecans and wrap in plastic wrap.

5. Chill for several hours or overnight to allow flavor to blend.

6. Serve with assorted crackers or chips.
